Construction Apprenticeships
Messer offers two programs: Laborer Apprenticeship Program (LAP) two-year program certified through the Department of Labor (DOL) and Office of Veteran Affairs (VA) and Carpentry Apprenticeship Program (CAP) four-year program certified through the DOL and VA in all Messer regions.
