The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Senior Asset Manager and Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a desire for growth, long-term thinking, and a growing familiarity with investment management and real estate development.
The Co-Op will be exposed to real estate development, investment analysis, & asset management through financial analysis, market research, rent comparable analysis, & engagement with other department team members.
